I work big and small, representational and abstract.  I like to "let the glass speak".  With imagination and expression of the glass, my pieces are known to be colorful and provocative with a touch of humor, hinting at a deeper story behind each mosaic.

 

I am a self taught glass and mosaic artist living in Santa Cruz, CA.  I spent  my professional life as a computer engineer and restaurant owner.

I began working in glass many years ago making stained glass panels.  Children and work intervened and when I came back to glass, I was delighted to discover the freedom of mosaics.  I love the colors, the reflections and expressiveness of the glass itself.
